for Digital Projectors and Televisions

Why the heck can I see it on my monitor but not on the television / screen?
If you need assistance getting your projector or television to display anything properly, please first refer to the Desktop Management help page.
Open Windows Media Player if it is not already open.
Right click at the top of the player to open the main context menu.
Click Tools.

Click Options.

Click the Performance tab.

Click Advanced.

Remove the check from the box marked Use Overlays.

Click OK until the menus are closed again.

You may have to restart the player for these changes to take effect.
If the above steps did not result in the ability to properly view your video, you will need to pursue technical support from Mr. Binsted, the Technical Support Specialist (TSSpec) for Battlefield. His extension is 4460.
You may also consider, as a backup, contacting your department's Technology Committee representative.
